When you submit the enquiry form we collect: your full name, mobile number, city/state, the service you selected, your message, and your consent to be contacted. Email address and business name are optional. We also record the page you enquired from and the date and time of submission, so we can respond in context and manage your enquiry internally.
What we do not collect through the website
The enquiry form does not request, and you should not submit, Aadhaar documents, PAN scans, photographs of identity documents, passwords, bank details or payment information. Where a service genuinely requires documents, we will explain exactly what is needed during consultation, through an appropriate channel.
How we use your information
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry — by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email — and to track that enquiry internally until it is resolved. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Storage, access and retention
Enquiries are stored in a secured database accessible only to authorised administrators of the company. Enquiry records are retained while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You may ask us to correct or delete your enquiry at any time using the contact details below.
Third-party services
Links to WhatsApp and Google Reviews are operated by their respective platforms; their own privacy policies apply when you use them. This website does not use advertising trackers.
Scope of our services
We are a private service provider — not a Government department, and we claim no Government authorisation or affiliation. Engaging our assistance or submitting an enquiry does not guarantee approval of any licence, registration or application; final approval always rests with the relevant Government department or authority. Government, departmental and third-party fees, where applicable, are separate from our professional/service charges. You are responsible for supplying accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Please do not share sensitive identity documents through the enquiry form.
